How does the theater visit proceed these days? Based on the current regulations for events, we have developed our hygiene concept for family and group performances.

How it works
Reservations for tickets are made by email or telephone through the theatre office. For each reservation we need the name and phone number of a contact person. The data is only used for the communication about your theatre visit and in case we receive notice that an infected person has attended a performance. It will not be shared and will be deleted four weeks after the event.
If you cannot come to the performance you reserved, please cancel your reservation as early as possible! This will allow us to give your seats to others.
You can pick up your tickets at the box office on the day of the performance. The payment is only possible with cash. For groups we can also issue an invoice. For family performances, everybody 16+ needs to present personal a “3 G proof” at the cashier’s desk: a certificate of vaccination, test or recovery and your ID.
Before the performance takes place, the audience gathers in the foyers. We provide disinfectants at the entrance and in the restrooms.
In the theatre auditorium, you will be seated in "family islands" (in family performances) / group blocks (in school or kindergarten performances) with distance to others islands/blocks.
Please bring a medical or FFP2 mask with you and all children and young people aged 6 and older. You will need these inside the theater house and in the foyer. Once you are seated in the theatre auditorium, you can remove your mask and enjoy the play.
