By plane
The closest airports are Cologne/Bonn, Dortmund and Düsseldorf.
From all of them there are regular train connections to Hamm.
The theatre is right next to the station "Hamm(Westf)".
By car
Our address is: Willy-Brandt-Platz 1d, 59065 Hamm.
Parking can be found in front of the house, on a parking deck nearby or in the underground parking "Technisches Rathaus" around the corner.
By train
You take a train to "Hamm(Westf)", the Central Station of Hamm. Exit the station in the direction of the city centre. Outside the station, turn left immediately and walk along the building of the train station. The red and white building with the 3 gables is the "Theaterhaus im Kulturbahnhof".
Accessibility
We strive to make your visit with us as accessible as possible.
We have wheelchair spaces, access to the building is via a ramp, the lower foyer, the disabled toilet facilities, and the wheelchair spaces in the theater auditorium are all at ground level.
The upper foyer is not wheelchair accessible.
Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are located opposite the post office, near the theatre.
Some of our plays rely primarily on powerful imagery and feature little or no dialogue. These plays are accessible to people with little or no knowledge of German, as well as to people who are hard of hearing or deaf.
Current performances with few words are: ‘Früh Stück’, ‘Woodbeat’, Circles’, ‘H20’ and ‘You and I’.
